Shipping & Returns

For all the order(s) of Rs. 1000 or more, No shipping fees will be charged. On Order below Rs.1000 ,shipping fee of Rs. 50 (within Rajasthan) & Rs. 75 (Rest of India) will be charged.

Orders placed from Monday – Friday are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday & public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. In case the day after the order placed is a public holiday and the order will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email update after you complete the purchase process. Orders are delivered within 4-7 working days depending on the location of delivery address. We try to deliver the orders at the earliest but in case due to any unforeseen circumstances the order gets delayed please contact us at our help section.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process but we will do our best to deliver the order at the earliest.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order as mentioned hereinabove then payment for said order will be refunded back to the same source within next 5-7 working days.

In the event, an order is attempted to be delivered twice but couldn’t be delivered due to non-availability of the customer and the same is returned back to us then the customer will have to pay the additional shipping charges, if the order is to be reshipped.

Each order placed can be shipped to a single shipping address. Shipping charges remain the same irrespective of the size of order /no. of products.

Once the order is shipped you will be provided a tracking ID via text message and email.

1. Chemical Free Zone : Avoid direct contact with hand sanitizers, perfume spray & hair spray on the jewellery. Always wear your jewellery after you have used them.

2. Avoid Moisturizers :Lotions, creams & moisturizers may contain acidic ingredients that react with jewellery pieces. Always wear jewellery after their usage.

3. Storage : Store the jewellery items in a cool & dry place in airtight boxes or pouches to avoid entangling & damage.

4. Usage: Avoid using jewellery in harsh & extreme conditions like workouts, sauna, steam, swimming, etc. to protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratches, breakage.

5. Avoid Rough Handling: Be gentle when wearing and removing jewelry to prevent breakage or stretching.

6. Regular Inspection: Check for loose stones, clasps, or damaged components. Promptly repair any issues.

7. Protect from Impact: Avoid dropping or banging jewelry, which can cause damage.

8. Travel Safely: When traveling, use a jewelry travel case or pouch to protect pieces.

We accept payment through Net Banking, Mobile wallets, UPI . We do not accept payment through Cheque or Demand Draft. We currently do not offer Cash on delivery service.

Dispatch of Order

For timely delivery of your order, please ensure of the following while entering your details:

  1. Provide complete address details along with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality
  2. Please provide a Landmark, if possible as it will help the delivery person in locating your address.
  3. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable, as the delivery person will try to connect with you.
  4. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at 77370-63305 (10AM - 5PM) or email us at beadsandbeyond2021@gmail.com.

Any order which gets misrouted because of incorrect shipping details will not be our responsibility & no refund shall be issued in case of non Delivery of order.

For dispatch, we pack our parcel with utmost care. All items are bubble wrapped in boxes and secured with tapes. However, it goes through a lot in transit at the courier company’s end before it reaches your doorstep. We request you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your own responsibility. 

Return Policy

As per our policies, our products are non-returnable.  We will take the product back only if a customer receives the damaged product from our side and we will need the unboxing video of the parcel within the 24hrs of the delivery of the order.

Steps for Return:

Step 1 : Make the unboxing video of the order

Step 2 : Mail the unboxing video along with order details at beadsandbeyond2021@gmail.com within 24hrs of the delivery of order.

Step 3 : We will verify the video & process the return accordingly.

Step 4 : When the unboxing video is verified, customers can either opt for exchange of damaged product or refund of the amount of damaged product.

-        Refunds take 7-8 business days for processing.
-        For exchange of damaged products shipping charges will be borne by us.

 

For the exchange of damaged products customers can either choose it to be replaced with the same products (subject to availability) or different products of the same amount.

The product can be exchanged with the product of the same value or the higher value. If the value of the new item is more than the exchange item, the customer will have to pay the excess amount. Shipping charges for the exchange of products with higher value item will be borne by the customer.

Discounted Products

Discounted products or sale products cannot be exchanged or returned, in any case. If the products are bought under any offer or sale along with non-sale products, then only the items on which no coupons or offers are applied can be exchanged or returned ,only if damaged.
