Order Cancellation Policy

Order once placed can be cancelled by the customer only till the time it is not shipped. Once shipped the order cannot not be cancelled. In case the order is cancelled before its shipped the customer can either opt for refund or place a new order for the same amount.

We do our best in fulfilling all the orders placed. However, due some unforeseen circumstances there may be certain order(s) that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons being restrictions on quantities available for purchase, defect in product, miscalculation in pricing and stock information, or problems identified by the technical department. If an order is cancelled by us due to any of these certain reasons , the order value paid by the customer will be reversed back to the source within 5-7 working days.
